Honey has many health benefits that we will go over in future blog posts, but one fact that is very important right now is that honey is a great immune booster. Anything to help boost your immune system during flu season is a plus in our opinion.
It has anti-bacterial and antioxidant properties that improve your digestive system. These properties will help you stay healthy and fight disease.
One great way to incorporate honey into your daily diet is by starting your day with a warm cup of deliciousness. Start every day with a spoonful of lemon juice and a spoonful of honey added to half a cup of warm water. (We love our Ginger Lemon Infused).
