1 pear, chopped

1 orange, segmented, chopped

1 grapefruit, segmented, chopped

1 cup watermelon, seeded, chopped

1 cucumber, seeded, chopped

1/4 cup Orange Blossom Honey

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

2 T. mint, chopped
Directions
Whisk vinaigrette ingredients (honey, lime juice, mint) until honey is dissolved and well combined.
Toss with chopped fruit and refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.

Optional - This is delicious finished with a sprinkling of Hiwa Kai orThai Ginger Sea Salt.
