Ingredients

Coastal Wildflower Honey (1/2 cup)

Pecans, chopped (1/4 cup)

Brandy (2 T.)

Brie cheese (1 round)
Directions
Place brie cheese round in a 9" pie plate.
Bake at 500°F for 5 minutes.
Mix honey, nuts and brandy.
Drizzle mixture over the Brie.
Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until topping is thoroughly heated. Do not melt cheese.
Enjoy with grapes, apple slices, crackers and crostini.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary (optional).
