Honey Yogurt Parfait

Start your day off right with this delicious and nutritious honey yogurt parfait. It’s quick to prepare and can be customized to your taste. During Fall, we love substituting with our Pumpkin Pie Spice honey!
Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup Vanilla Bean or Wildflower Honey
- 1/2 cup granola (your choice)
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (like strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions
In a glass or bowl, start with a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
Drizzle a tablespoon of honey over the yogurt.
Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the honey.
Layer in a mix of fresh berries.
Repeat the layering process until you fill the glass or bowl, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
Drizzle a little more honey over the top and sprinkle with chia seeds if using. Add mint leaves for a fresh touch.
