Lavender Honey Lemon Shortbread Cookies

These tender shortbread cookies are subtly infused with lavender honey, creating a soft floral sweetness that pairs beautifully with tea, coffee, or gifting.
Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup Lavender Infused Honey

2¼ cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon Fresh Lemon Sea Salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Zest of 1 lemon
Lavender Honey Glaze

¼ cup powdered sugar
-
1–2 teaspoons lavender honey
-
1–2 teaspoons lemon juice or milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, cream butter and lavender honey until light and fluffy.
Mix in vanilla extract and lemon zest.
Add flour and salt, mixing just until combined.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and gently flatten, or roll out and cut into shapes.
Bake for 14–16 minutes, until edges are just lightly golden.
Cool completely before serving.
Lavender Honey Glaze
Whisk and drizzle over cooled cookies for a beautiful finish.
Recipe Note
Garnish with dried culinary Lavender and lemon zest.
Serve with chamomile or Earl Grey tea.
