This is an easy way to repurpose those old honey bears! We love this drizzled over collard greens and creamed spinach.
Ingredients

¼ cup dried Thai bird chilies

7 oz. apple cider vinegar

½ t. Habanero Honey
Directions
Place chilies in honey bear.
Whisk honey into vinegar until dissolved.
Pour vinegar over chilies.
Let sit for a week before using.
