This honey-glazed salmon recipe is simple yet delicious, combining the rich flavors of salmon with a sweet and tangy honey glaze. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or special occasion!
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
-
1/4 cup Wildflower Honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Directions
Prepare the Marinade:
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the Salmon:
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring it’s well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
Bake the Salmon:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup. Place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Optional: For extra glaze, brush some of the marinade on the salmon halfway through cooking or broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley or chopped green onions and serve with your favorite sides, like rice or steamed vegetables.
