Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup Wildflower Honey

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring it’s well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup. Place the marinated salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet.

    3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

    4. Optional: For extra glaze, brush some of the marinade on the salmon halfway through cooking or broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
