Made using olives from The California Olive groves located in Temecula, CA. All of our olives oils are extra virgin. We recommend Persian Lime EVOO in salad dressings, guacamole, salsa and roasted chicken or grilled seafood. The lingering pepper notes to this olive oil are delicious.
