Raspberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Made in Modena, Italy using Trebbiano grapes. This Balsamic Vinegar has been aged for 18 years and is one of our sweetest, with the addition of raspberries. It is delish drizzled over ice cream or yogurt and fruit. We also enjoy this as a glaze for roasted pork tenderloin and duck breast. It is perfectly sweet as a salad dressing paired with our Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
