About Vanilla Bean Infused Raw San Diego Honey
Indulge in the smooth, luxurious flavor of our Vanilla Bean Honey, crafted by infusing pure, raw local honey with real vanilla beans. The result is a luscious, aromatic honey with warm, creamy notes that elevate every dish it touches.
Perfectly sweet with a natural vanilla richness, this gourmet honey is a delightful addition to your morning rituals, baking creations, and specialty beverages. Whether you drizzle it, spread it, stir it, or gift it, our Vanilla Bean Honey transforms simple moments into something truly decadent.
Please note it is normal for the beans to float to the top of the honey. When this happens, turn the bottle upside down for a few hours to redistribute.

Although this is an infused honey, it is done so at a low temperature so that the honey remains in its raw state with the vitamins, minerals and enzymes in tact.
Raw honey never goes bad, however it will naturally harden and crystallize over time. This is a natural process that can easily be reversed to its liquid state. Simply warm a pot of water on the stove or in the microwave. Remove the bowl and place your honey bear or jar in the warmed water until the crystals dissolve.
Raw honey is not recommended for pregnant women or infants under one year of age.
