Cranberry Walnut Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Made in Modena, Italy using Trebbiano grapes. This Balsamic Vinegar has been aged for 18 years and has sweet notes of cranberries and savory notes of walnuts. This is excellent as a dressing paired with any of our citrus oils. It is also delicious drizzled over roasted chicken and brussels sprouts or used as a glaze for carrots topped with crunchy toasted walnuts.
