Made in Modena, Italy using Trebbiano grapes. This Balsamic Vinegar has been aged for 18 years and has the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Like the dark Balsamic Vinegars, this is also a thicker consistency. It is perfect for a light summer salad or drizzled over fresh fruit.
