Blood Orange Avocado Oil

Made in Temecula, CA using locally grown avocados. This oil is excellent for cooking. Avocado has a high smoke point around 525 degrees, making it the perfect option for frying and grilling. Roasted chicken and potatoes also works well with this oil. We love this paired with our Fig Balsamic Vinegar over a delicious fruit, nut and cheese salad.
