Coastal Lemon Avocado Oil

Made in Temecula, CA using locally grown avocados. This oil is excellent for cooking. Avocado has a high smoke point around 525 degrees, making it the perfect option for frying and grilling. Excellent for any use where lemon zest comes to mind. We love this paired with Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar for a salad dressing.
