Chocolate Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Made in Modena, Italy using Trebbiano grapes. This Balsamic Vinegar has been aged for 18 years and is one of our sweetest, with the addition of dark chocolate shavings. It is delish drizzled over ice cream or yogurt and fruit. Our personal favorite use for this unique Balsamic Vinegar is paired with Basil Olive Oil and drizzled over a chopped salad comprised of romaine, strawberries, mozzarella and mint leaves.
