Italian Blend California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Made using olives from The California Olive groves located in Temecula, CA. All of our olives oils are, cold-pressed, first-pressed, extra virgin olive oil. Strong fruitiness, robust bitterness and a mild pepper finish are tasted thanks to the Frantoio olive varietal in this blend. Also included are Leccino olives, which give a smooth, rich touch. This is the perfect finishing oil for absolutely everything. Every vinegar we carry pairs excellent with this Olive Oil, particularly the 18 Year Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
