About Lavender Infused Raw San Diego Honey

Experience calm, floral sweetness in every spoonful with our Lavender Honey, a beautifully aromatic blend crafted by infusing raw local honey with lavender. Smooth, soothing, and naturally fragrant, this honey adds a delicate floral lift to both sweet and savory dishes.

Perfect for tea lovers, bakers, and anyone who enjoys a touch of relaxation in their day, our Lavender Honey brings a hint of Provençal charm to your kitchen.

This is our personal favorite for a pairing with Goat Cheese. Check out our Honey and Goat Cheese Crostini recipe.

Steep black or herbal tea, then stir in 1–2 teaspoons of Lavender Honey and a splash of steamed milk. Top with a pinch of lavender buds for a café-style finish.

Lavender Honey Lemonade

Mix fresh lemon juice, water, and Lavender Honey for a naturally sweet, floral lemonade. Serve chilled or sparkling.

Lavender Honey Butter

Blend softened butter with Lavender Honey and a touch of sea salt. Spread on warm scones, biscuits, toast, or cornbread.

Lavender Honey Salad Dressing

Whisk Lavender Honey with olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt for a bright, floral vinaigrette. Perfect on spring greens.

Lavender Honey Ice Cream Drizzle

Warm slightly and drizzle over vanilla bean, lemon, or berry ice cream for a gourmet finish.

Lavender Honey Overnight Oats

Combine oats, almond milk, and Lavender Honey. Refrigerate overnight and top with blueberries and almonds.

Lavender Honey Baked Brie

Drizzle a round of brie with Lavender Honey and bake until melty. Serve with crackers, apples, or pears for an easy, elegant appetizer.

--

Although this is an infused honey, it is done so at a low temperature so that the honey remains in its raw state with the vitamins, minerals and enzymes in tact.

Raw honey never goes bad, however it will naturally harden and crystallize over time. This is a natural process that can easily be reversed to its liquid state. Simply warm a pot of water on the stove or in the microwave. Remove the bowl and place your honey bear or jar in the warmed water until the crystals dissolve.

Raw honey is not recommended for pregnant women or infants under one year of age.
