Lavender Honey and Goat Cheese Crostini

    • 2 tablespoons Italian Blend California olive oil

    • Rosemary Salt and pepper to taste

    • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
    • 1/4 cup Lavender Honey

    • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (or rosemary), chopped
    • Freshly cracked black pepper
    • Optional: chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans) for added crunch

    Directions

      1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove and let cool slightly.
