Mango White Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Made in Modena, Italy using Trebbiano grapes. This Balsamic Vinegar has been aged for 18 years and has the perfect balance of sweet and tart with a hint of mango. Like the dark Balsamic Vinegars, this is also a thicker consistency. It is perfect for a light summer salad or drizzled over fresh fruit and yogurt. This is also a favorite of bartenders for cocktails and is excellent as an addition to ice water. Just 1 tsp. of Balsamic Vinegar per 1/2 gallon of water should do the trick.
