Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil

Made in Temecula, CA using locally grown avocados. This oil is excellent for cooking. Avocado has a high smoke point around 525 degrees, making it the perfect option for frying and grilling. We also love this paired with our 18 Year Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar for bread dipping and a savory chicken salad.
