Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Here’s a delicious recipe for Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin that combines the sweetness of honey with savory spices for a mouthwatering dish.

Ingredients
- 1-1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
1/4 cup honey (We love Sage Blossom)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Thai Ginger sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Italian Blend olive oil
- Fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or thyme, optional)
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, grated ginger, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it’s well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and sear the pork on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Once seared, pour the reserved marinade over the pork in the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute for a juicier tenderloin.
Slice the pork tenderloin and drizzle any remaining glaze from the skillet over the top. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
